Meris is a small company founded in 2014 and previously known for their high end rack-mount audio equipment for studios. However in the year of 2017 they launched three mind-blowing pedals: Mercury7, Ottobit Jr. and Polymoon.

Meris is a team that consists of three persons: Terry Burton (founder), Jinna Kim (creative director), Angelo Mazzocco (DSP Designer and Engineer). Terry is said to be a founder of… Strymon. No less. He worked as an engineer there for almost 5 years. Before that he was a senior design engineer at Line 6 and worked there for over 6 years. Kim worked for such companies as Disney, Sony Pictures, and Lexus. Angelo got his professional start at Line 6, where as a DSP Engineer he’s made his mark. He has created unique one-off instruments and DSP code for Eddie Van Halen, The Edge, Dweezil Zappa, Paul McCartney’s guitarist Rusty Anderson, and more.
